Is pH balance cleansing bar good for dry skin with acne.?

i got this cleansing bar from NATURAL BEAUTY, it had a pH of 4.5 and it just says that it doesnt have the harsh stuff like regular soaps and other washes do, but im trying to find the ingredients and cant. i am wondering if this will be bad or not because it doesnt say oil free or non comodogenic and stuff

it just means its neutral. Not too alkaline or acidic. you may benefit from using products that are acidic though for your acne . Its just a matter of finding ways to keep your skin moist enough after washing it without breaking it out. I like products that contain saliclyic acid.
