If i take vitamin B5 and zinc supplements daily will it strengthen my skin's resistance to acne?

I have had BACNE [Acne on your chest and back] since 7th grade. I have tried that Neutrogena Scub but nothing seems to work. I'm currently in 10th grade. And during these past three years I have dreaded going swimming and trying on dresses with my friends. or just wearing lowcut shirts.

i would suggest you go and see a dermatologist.
i personally think that vitamin b5 and vitamin e would do your back and chest good.
i used to have bacne too.
i haven't had any issues with bacne since i started talking centrum performance vitamin with a vitamin e.
i found that the vitamins healed me better than ointment or acne pill. if you're scrubbing your back and chest during showers, stop doing that, you're just irritating the situation.
