iam getting acne after eating healthy?help!!?
i don't understand...i started eating very healthy and i have stpped eating junk food.i eat fruits for breakfast and i avoided eating white breads etc...,i stopped drinking carbonated drinks and caffeine but iam seeing my skin breaking out.today morning i saw a pimple on my nose and cheek..something like a heat boil.why is it happenning?my wedding is in 3 months and i don't want to hav bad skin.help!!
I heard that if you do a drastic change like that, that your skin may break out because it's finally getting a chance to get rid of all those toxins that have been inside you for so long.
Keep eating healthy and drink lots of water, but don't add any 'new' foods that you might be allergic to.
