Has anyone used the ANSR device or Baby Quasar blue and red lights for aging and acne?

Are these devices effective and safe? Which is better?

For aging they appeared to be both as affective as the other.
For acne, do not use it at all.
For acne, look into treatments like chemical peels - the best for acne is salicylic acid 20%.
My mother used the both above for aging, i used them from acne. I'm receiving medical treatment (accutane) on the side for the acne, but this acid seem to strip my skin clean right away. I'm so happy with it!
